While dual agency is legal in both New Hampshire and Maine, we feel that if we were to try to represent both parties, we could not adequately represent either one.
Our other specialty is personalized service. There are two of us in the company--Diana Parker and Cyndy Schadler. We are both licensed in New Hampshire and Maine.
